What You’ll Be Doing Lead development of category growth drivers and embed them into brand planning, channel strategies, and customer presentations. Generate insights and storytelling through analytical support for brand strategy, NPD decisions, pricing, promotions, etc. Manage and visualize data from major sources (Circana, Quantium), building intuitive dashboards and reports. Drive external research and thought leadership, including shopper deep dives and trend monitoring. Lead a team member and engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Bring Extensive experience in insights, category development, or commercial analytics in FMCG or related industries. Proven ability to lead both data analysis and insight storytelling at a strategic level. Experience with platforms such as Circana, Nielsen, Quantium, Power BI, and Excel. Strong working knowledge of category strategy, growth drivers, and shopper behaviour. Experience working with external research partners and methodologies. Commercial acumen and ability to work cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders. A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
