The Role Experience as a casual breakfast chef, ideally in top quality cafés, casual dining establishments or beloved gastro pubs. Prepare ingredients and work across multiple sections in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen. Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and uphold HACCP standards. Start early (6 am) to be first in the kitchen and manage the breakfast service, including team setup for the day. Demonstrate a high quality of product for each service.
