Fuel My Social is expanding our production capabilities and we’re looking for a skilled videographer to bring our clients’ stories to life across social platforms. This hands‑on role is responsible for shooting and editing high‑quality video content for a wide range of brands from local retail to hospitality, lifestyle and trade services. You’ll also play a key role in shaping Fuel My Social’s own creative presence through behind‑the‑scenes footage, campaign content, and studio shoots. We’re looking for someone who’s confident behind the camera, passionate about creating social media content. Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality footage for client shoots, including product, people, lifestyle and on-site locations. Edit engaging short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Produce branded content that aligns with each client’s identity and goals. Shoot behind‑the‑scenes and agency content that highlights our process and team. Support studio‑based shoots, including lighting, audio and camera setup. Contribute ideas and creative direction to upcoming campaigns and concepts. Maintain organised workflows, file management and project timelines. Deliver polished, modern, social‑first content that feels clean, fast and intentional. Our Ideal Candidate You’re a creative & confident videographer with a strong understanding of short‑form content and modern storytelling. You know how to capture real moments, frame clean visuals, and cut together videos that makes people stop scrolling. You’ll Bring Proven experience in videography, especially for social media. Strong shooting ability with Sony or similar camera systems. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci / Final Cut) . Strong understanding of framing, lighting and sound. Ability to direct simple on‑camera moments when needed. Reliability, organisation and the ability to manage your own workflow. Confidence working independently on client sites when required. Driver’s licence for on‑location shoots. Bonus Skills Experience in hospitality, retail, sport or lifestyle content. Photography ability (basic–intermediate). Motion graphics or After Effects skills.
