Your Role Personalised Employment Pathways – We deliver outcome‑focused support through comprehensive assessments, strategic pathway development, proactive employer engagement, and ongoing guidance to ensure long‑term employment success. Work Readiness Assessments – Our intake process identifies each participant’s strengths, aspirations, and readiness for work, laying the foundation for a customised employment journey. Collaborative Goal Setting – We work side‑by‑side with participants to set meaningful goals and implement practical strategies that build confidence and capability. Strengths‑Based Job Matching – Using a client‑centred approach, we connect young people with employment opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and potential. Your Approach Your approach is client‑focused, with young people at the centre of everything you do. You recognise and respect their lived experience, knowing they are the experts in their own lives. You bring genuine passion and purpose to your work. Your Capabilities / Experience Experience working in employment services or an aligned industry role is ideal — but not required.
