We are currently seeking aProject Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and performance of Emeco’s mobile equipment fleet. In this key leadership role, you’ll ensure equipment is maintained to the highest mechanical standards, maximising availability, and efficiency for our client—all while upholding our commitment to safety and excellence. About the Role Lead a skilled maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment availability aligned with project timelines. Oversee on-site service contracts and ensure all KPIs and service expectations are met. Drive high standards in equipment health, reliability, and asset performance. Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients, particularly within corporate Mining, Maintenance, and Procurement teams. Promote a high-performance culture focused on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring A relevant, nationally recognised trade qualification. Mining Supervisor Certifications – G1, G8, G9 and G2. Standard 11 Competency. At least 5 years' experience managing heavy equipment maintenance in both workshop and field environments. Strong technical knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment commonly used in mining operations. Proven ability to manage client relationships and understand operational needs. Solid understanding of HSET standards within QLD mining. Strong commercial and financial acumen aligned with project goals and budget targets.
