About the Role Reporting to Regional Manager - RI Site Performance, this role primarily exists to support all the maintenance and operational activities of the designated mine site by assisting with the actions plans associated with continuous improvement. Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager role Manage fleet maintenance agreement, fleet performance and HDAL personnel to maintain fleet Ensure all Contractor & Principal mandatory requirements in reference to Site Inductions, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures are understood and implemented Ensure Maintenance Strategy is implemented, adhered to, reviewed and maintained Manage and communicate all aspects of warranty relative to the Principal's fleet in accordance with Caterpillar's and the Clients procedures Utilise the Product Problem Resolution (PPR) system to report, manage and rectify product problems Analyse the following data as required and investigate the reason for an event. Take corrective actions as required. Assist to monitor and manage data in order to achieve optimum equipment production and performance, whilst operating within the safety and design parameters of the equipment Identify repetitive product problem and implement solutions Provide Principal with reporting each month detailing achievements for the month and rolling three (3) months and include action plans to resolved problems Maintain WIP to acceptable levels and within the company KPI's for Cash Flow About You Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Engineering desirable Membership of industry networks, bodies and affiliations Minimum five years experience in a similar management role within a large, diverse organisation Experience in the mining, mining services or heavy earthmoving industries (knowledge of mine operation system functions and capabilities and mine severity analysis and production drivers) Experience in dealer service, mining, mining services or heavy earthmoving industries with a knowledge of CAT services and parts Demonstrable experience in establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial customer relationships To Apply Hit the 'Apply Now' button.
