BingoAbout the role:TORO Waste Equipment takes pride in manufacturing Australia’s toughest bins. Toro has three workshops nationally and specialises in the manufacture and repair of a wide range of Industrial Steel Bins.We are looking for a Sales Executive to assist in driving our growth of waste equipment sales. Reporting to the General Manager -TORO, the Sales Executive is responsible for maintaining client relationships and developing new business. Your duties will include but will not be restricted to:Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets, visit customers, deliver proposals etc.Keep the management informed on activity and results, daily calls, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysisMonitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniquesRecommend changes in products and services to management by evaluating results and competitive developmentsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societiesWork as a team to accomplish resultsProvide historical records by maintaining data on area and customer salesMake recommendations to management on customer complaints and develop solutions to resolve issuesPrepare proposals, quotations and tenders for existing and potential Skip Bin clientsManage, update and maintain client information in the company databaseOrganise customer proposals and tours of our manufacturing facilities as requiredOrganise client presentations and tours of the recycling centresAny other duty as reasonably directedAbout You:Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a business development capacityDemonstrated knowledge in portfolio growth and retentionStrong commercial business acumenStrong computer skills and working knowledge of office software packages (MS Office)Own transport and current drivers licenceWhat we offer you as a GOGetter:Employee benefits including performance incentive bonuses, recognition programs, access to corporate health cover through HCF and novated leave vehicles through FleetplusOur employee support partner Sonder provides employees and their loved ones with the wellbeing support everyone deservesOpportunity to work with the latest technology in recycling recoveryA strong, employee and safety driven company cultureTraining and progression opportunities within the Bingo familyPlease note, only applicants with full Australian Working Rights will be consideredAt BINGO we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities and customers we serve.
