Reservations & Administration Coordinator Terrigal Pavilion opened in mid November and has already grown into a very busy coastal venue. We sit beside the ocean at Terrigal Haven and offer quality food a lively bar and a relaxed beachside atmosphere. Our focus is straightforward. We want to serve well look after people and build a team that enjoys working together. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking an Events and Reservations Coordinator to support our growing enquiry volume across reservations and events. This role suits someone who enjoys structure organisation and clear communication. You will help keep guest information accurate support event planning and ensure every enquiry receives a warm and timely response. Your Role Manage all incoming reservations through SevenRooms Handle online bookings phone enquiries emails and guest messaging Oversee event enquiry intake through iVvy and assist with lead management Prepare notes follow ups and clear communication for the Management Maintain accuracy of guest notes dietary requirements tags and profiles Manage shared inboxes voicemail and template responses Support Google Drive organisation digital filing and spreadsheets Assist with email marketing platforms and database updates Provide warm polished guest service across phone email and in person interactions What You Bring Minimum two years experience in reservations guest services or events Strong attention to detail with confidence using digital hospitality systems Experience with SevenRooms iVvy or similar platforms Comfort with Google Drive shared documents and spreadsheets Clear written and verbal communication with a warm and polished tone Ability to prioritise tasks and stay steady during high enquiry periods A collaborative and positive approach with a genuine passion for guest care What We Offer Training and support from an experienced leadership team A role with both operational and administrative responsibility Opportunities to develop across reservations and events A workplace built on teamwork respect and clear communication Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
