Create Personalized Magic: You’ll work directly with our guests, answering questions and fulfilling special requests to make their stay unique and unforgettable. Group & VIP Coordinator: Work with tour operators and conference delegates, ensuring group bookings are as fun and easy as a water slide ride Smooth Check‑In Support: Partner with our Front Office Team to make sure every check‑in and check‑out is seamless. Think of yourself as the first wave of excitement in our guests’ stay Travel Agent Hero: Be the go‑to contact for travel agents and handle last‑minute booking requests like a pro. “At Your Service” Switchboard Star: Be the friendly first point of contact for incoming calls, actioning requests for our Front Office and Food & Beverage teams with speed and accuracy. You’ll handle enquiries, direct calls, take Room Service orders and complete essential admin tasks—keeping communication flowing as smoothly as a lazy river.
