Now, we're inviting a Full‑time Reservations Agent to join our vibrant team in a hybrid role based in our Avalon office in Sydney Northern Beaches. The Role As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be the voice of Baillie Lodges. You'll create magic from the very first phone call or email — curating personalised experiences, creatively upselling exclusive lodge stays, and ensuring every detail is seamless. From individual bookings to group getaways, you'll play a key role in delivering the unforgettable. This is more than a reservations role — it's about crafting dream holidays and turning them into reality. Australian work rights are required for this position. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in reservations, hotel front office or as a travel agent Minimum 6-12 months experience in reservations, hotel front office or as a travel agent is required Strong organisational skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment A natural talent for sales and building guest connections Confidence with Microsoft Office and property management systems (RMS or similar) Flexibility to work weekdays plus one Saturday per month Why Baillie Lodges?
