What you’ll do As our Disability & Ageing Business Improvement Lead , you’ll play a key role in helping genU grow smarter and stronger by using data, insight and collaboration to make a real difference. In this role, you will: Lead with purpose – guide a small, passionate team to deliver projects that make our services more efficient, sustainable and client‑focused. Turn data into action – use insights to uncover opportunities for improvement, smarter decision‑making and better outcomes for the people we support. Drive innovation – simplify systems, streamline processes and introduce creative ways to enhance how we work every day. Collaborate across genU – partner with leaders and teams across the business to make sure improvement initiatives deliver real impact. Champion positive change – help shape a culture of curiosity, accountability and continuous learning across Disability & Ageing services. What you’ll bring You’re a thoughtful, data‑savvy leader who enjoys helping people and teams work smarter together. You’ll bring: The right foundations – a tertiary qualification in Data Analytics and/or Finance, with experience in the human services sector (especially disability or ageing) seen as a big plus. Proven leadership experience – you’ve led people or projects in the disability, ageing or human services sectors and know how to inspire collaboration and trust. A people‑first approach – you communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and navigate diverse situations with empathy and professionalism. An analytical and adaptable mindset – you’re curious, data‑driven, and confident using digital tools and BI systems to guide improvement and growth.
