The Authority is seeking applications from experienced Project Managers, to oversee the refurbishment and expansion of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, including associated conveyance and storage assets. In this role, you will be Leading Others to help drive positive change. Selection Criteria Applicants should address the following four (4) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than two (2) pages in total. Desirable criteria will be assessed as required. Essential Demonstrated leadership and management of strategic programs, projects and initiatives, including procurement, contract and financial risk management. Extensive experience with contemporary project management methodologies demonstrating the capability to direct program of works. High level interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders at a strategic level. High level financial and budget management skills in both an operational and project environment. Applies and promotes the principles of equity, diversity and work health and safety in the workplace. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field of engineering, project or construction management.
