Solution Designer – ServiceNow Risk & Compliance Role Overview The solution designer will be responsible for creating detailed design specifications for ServiceNow usability. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business analysts and architects to understand requirements. Design functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow Risk & Compliance modules. Configure ServiceNow applications based on approved designs. Support testing and validation of implemented solutions. Document workflows, data models and integration points. Ensure design complies with organizational standards. Required skills and experience 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with minimum 4+ years in ServiceNow design/configuration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow risk and compliance applications (policy and compliance risk management). Experience in solution design and configuration within ServiceNow. Understanding of GRC processes and risk frameworks. Ability to translate business needs into technical designs. Preferred Certifications ServiceNow certified implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance. ServiceNow certified system administrator.
