This is a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end client engagements focused on succession planning, governance, and next-generation development for multi-generational businesses. You’ll guide complex, values-based conversations and help clients navigate pivotal transitions with clarity and confidence. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll integrate expertise from legal, financial, and governance specialists to deliver seamless outcomes that empower emerging leaders and support family business continuity. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like... Your role will be dynamic and client-focused, with a strong emphasis on facilitation and strategic advisory. You’ll be responsible for: Client Engagement and Facilitation : Lead meaningful conversations to clarify goals, foster dialogue between generations, and support leadership transitions. Strategic Advisory : Guide clients through succession, governance, and legacy planning using proven frameworks and innovative tools. Collaboration and Innovation : Work within a multidisciplinary team, co-create advisory approaches, and leverage technology (including AI) to enhance client outcomes. About You We're looking for a highly experienced facilitator and advisor with strong business acumen and emotional intelligence. You’ll thrive in guiding sensitive discussions, building trust, and helping clients make confident decisions. If you have some of the following skills, experience, or qualities, we would like to hear from you: Minimum 10 years’ experience in facilitation, coaching, or advisory roles, with a focus on succession planning or family business dynamics. Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements involving governance and generational transitions. Strong business acumen adaptable to diverse business models. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with emotional intelligence and maturity. Experience coaching and empowering emerging leaders. Familiarity with integrating legal, financial, and governance perspectives into client solutions. Experience with regional or agricultural businesses is highly valued. Comfortable leveraging technology and contributing to the development of advisory frameworks.
