Joinery Project Lead

We currently have the opportunity across multiple joinery businesses in both North Brisbane & South Brisbane for a proactive and experienced project manager ready to take on the next challenge within their career. You will play a vital role in coordinating sites, ensuring high quality project delivery and maintaining a strong client and subcontractor communication loop. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have passion for your craft - this one is for you. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive project plans - including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and milestones from start to finish Be the go-to contact for clients - provide regular updates, manage expectations, and build trust Line up workshop production with on-site installation schedules to keep things running smoothly Oversee project execution, including procurement, quality control and risk management, track costs, manage variations and support accurate invoicing. Attend site meetings and keep communication clear between all trades, suppliers, and stakeholders Keep a close eye on quality and safety standards during both production and install phases Spot potential issues early, solve problems quickly, and put risk mitigation plans in place Oversee defect management and make sure all items are resolved on time and to standard Uphold professional personal presentation in line with company standards About you Certificate III in carpentry, shopfitting or cabinet making Previous experience within project management, production management or site supervising Proven track record of effective time & resource management Ability to juggle multiple high value projects with a strong attention to detail.
