About Us We are a small, people focused law firm based in Burswood. We offer family law, wills and estates and commercial law services to clients. The Role We are looking for someone that will help our team shine and who can provide additional administrative support to ensure our day to day operations run smoothly. The role will initially primarily support our wills and estates practice but will also require assistance to our family law practice. Key Responsibilities Preparing and formatting legal documents Scheduling appointments and client meetings Assisting with general office duties including setting up meeting rooms and client refreshments Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner Supporting our legal and paralegal staff with day-to-day administrative tasks What we are looking for A friendly and enthusiastic team player who is keen to learn and grow into their role Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant is highly desirable Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy Why Join Us Collaborative team culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Work that makes a real difference in people's lives Competitive salary and benefits.
