About the role As the Assistant Service Advisor, you'll be the backbone of our Regulatory Services inbound customer contact centre team, ensuring smooth operations and supporting service excellence. In this newly created role, you will be joining an enthusiastic team of dedicated, specialist customer service professionals who are multi skilled, flexible, resilient and highly collaborative. Assisting with quality checks and compliance reviews to maintain high standards. Supporting training and onboarding to ensure new team members hit the ground running. Drafting and updating process documentation and coordinating maintenance of knowledge resources. Supporting coordination of service queues and keeping workflows on track. Helping resolve complex enquiries by gathering information and ensuring timely follow up. Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
