About the Role We are looking for a driven and dedicated Senior Case Manager to join our NSW team. As a Senior Case Manager, you will be responsible for returning people back to work and health, utilising your Workers Compensation knowledge and experience coupled with empathy and passion, as well as developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time role. Manage a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate or government clients. Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, meeting Allianz’s service principles. Determine liability and provide timely assessment of treatment requests, appropriately documenting claims decisions. Utilise claims management systems. Develop and implement claims strategies that deliver positive and sustainable outcomes. Meet key compliance and performance measures. Coach and support newer team members. About You Experience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or other personal injury line. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer‑focused approach. Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve complex issues in a timely manner. Proactive with the drive to learn and develop skills. Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to adapt when changes occur. Passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
