Key Responsibilities Build effective working relationships with injured customers, family members, legal providers, and medical professionals to drive successful outcomes. Determine liability and manage a portfolio of CTP claims for customers who have sustained injuries following a motor vehicle accident. Make key liability decisions and assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment. Assess and manage injury needs, handle correspondence regarding CTP benefits, treatment, rehabilitation, and interpret medical reports. Provide timely and effective responses to customer needs and ensure accurate processing of claims. About You Passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Strong relationship‑building skills to support customers facing challenging times. Experience in managing CTP or similar claims is desirable. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Commitment to our inclusive and customer‑centric culture.
