About the Role The role of Mortgage Settlement Specialist provides you with the opportunity to apply your experience and knowledge of end to end residential mortgage settlements and settlement verification, to take ownership and run your own residential mortgage files from start to finish. MSA National's own in-house, purpose built workflow management system provides the highest level of automation and functionality, ensuring you are supported by industry leading processes and procedures. Your responsibilities will include: Checking executed mortgage documentation. Online searches. Proactively managing communication with key stakeholders such as Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers', Solicitors and major Australian banks. Managing loan disbursements and facilitating loan funding. Managing both attended and PEXA settlements. About you This role is perfect for a performance driven individual who thrives in busy and deadline driven environments. You will be a professional, confident and highly organised person, with outstanding customer service. Most importantly you will have a passion about helping borrowers achieve their property goals. To be successful in this fast paced role, you will possess the following: At least 2 years end to end Mortgage Settlements experience within a fast-paced, high volume environment, working within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be an outstanding communicator with a positive disposition and a flexible attitude to work tasks. Possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines. Intermediate MS office skills. An acute eye for detail.
