Purcell Partners | Lextech is seeking Mortgage & Settlement Clerks to join our dynamic team. We are building a new team of casual Mortgage & Settlement Clerks to complement our full-time team. This is not your traditional 9‑5, Monday to Friday role. We are looking for people capable of working 3 pm – 9 pm Monday to Friday and/or Saturday & Sunday. We offer flexible working arrangements, once training is complete, perfect for someone looking to balance work with study, family, or other commitments. About the Role As a Mortgage & Settlement Clerk, you’ll play a key role in preparing and reviewing mortgage documentation for property settlements across multiple customers and jurisdictions. You’ll be part of a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment where accuracy and speed are essential. Key Responsibilities Prepare and quality‑check mortgage, loan, and related legal documents Work across multiple customer accounts and platforms Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, brokers, solicitors) Ensure documentation meets compliance and service delivery standards Support out settlement officers and solicitors with document readiness What We’re Looking For Experience in mortgage processing, conveyancing, or legal admin High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Comfortable in a fast‑paced, tech‑enabled environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes Why Join Lextech?
