About the Role Step into a role where you will be responsible for full and partial residential discharge processes across multiple states. You can take true ownership of your work, supported by our best-in-class systems, you’ll enjoy autonomy while collaborating with key stakeholders and leveraging efficient, automated processes. Your key responsibilities will include Taking settlement bookings via phone Accepting PEXA invitations / bookings and responding to PEXA conversation Communicating with clients, borrowers, solicitors and other lenders Processing new discharge instructions & updating internal workflow systems Obtaining lender payout figures Preparing discharge instructions and related documents Receipting of security packets and audit of contents About You You will be a professional, confident and highly organised person, with outstanding customer service, who thrives in deadline driven environments. Most importantly you will have a willingness to support the team and a positive attitude. To Succeed, You Will Need Experience in a similar (mortgage, customer-focused) role, with a working knowledge of PEXA. Experience working in a high volume/data processing environment.
