Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage & Settlement Clerk based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, you will be responsible for handling mortgage processing tasks, coordinating and finalizing property settlements, and ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards. You will manage communications with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely transactions, while delivering exceptional customer service and resolving queries related to settlements. Qualifications Solid knowledge and experience in Settlement processes and related documentation Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, lenders, and stakeholders Basic understanding of Finance and Equities processes Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills Proficiency in technology and relevant software tools Previous experience in the banking, mortgage, or financial services industry is an advantage Degree or certification in finance, business, or a related field is a plus Contact Contact us today on or by email to find out more.
