Each cottage has a fully functioning kitchen - just like the one you would have at home. We\'ll provide you with everything you need to prepare and cook your sweet treats. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated. HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare.
