An AO6 Senior Administered Revenue Officer – Level 2 vacancy is available in the Finance Division of the Queensland Revenue Office. In this role you will assist with leading multiple teams responsible for processing and monitoring high volumes of financial transactions within QRO’s systems. You will work collaboratively with other Senior Administered Revenue Officers and the Manager to provide assurance that all financial transactions and systems are accurately recorded. Typical responsibilities Leading and supporting team members through coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure the delivery of the administered revenue function, including client account monitoring and refunding, bank and system reconciliations, cash forecasting and data analysis and reporting. Managing relationships with key stakeholders to enhance client service delivery, improve system efficiency and optimise banking services. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of QRO's revenue systems by monitoring robust internal controls to identify, assess and mitigate risks and anomalies. Managing business priorities by monitoring team and individual performances, allocating resources effectively, and mobilising staff to ensure the timely achievement of daily operational deliverables. Requirements Client accounting and general ledger experience. Understanding of Australian Accounting Standards. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel or other data analysis tools.
