Join a dynamic team of VCE English tutors passionate about instilling a love of learning amongst students, helping them reach their full potential in VCE English. Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of the VCE English Study Design. Read, annotate and analyse your allocated texts. Conduct tutoring sessions that address the capabilities and learning preferences of each individual students, with clear explanations and engaging activities. Communicate with students outside of sessions (e.g. provide feedback, answer questions) Attend regular training sessions. Benefits We pay our tutors very generously — $50 an hour for entry level tutors. We are flexible You can work from home and on your own schedule. We provide slideshows and resources, so you can jump straight into tutoring. We handle all the admin — we acquire students, communicate with parents, and organise all the payments. We offer ongoing training and allocate mentors to ensure that you can perform at your best. Qualifications Must have graduated after 2020. Must have achieved a study score of 40+ in English. Must be willing/able to commit to the full academic year in 2026. Must be willing/able to commit to at least five students per week. Must be willing/able to read and analyse at least four texts in your own time, with the option to take on more if you choose. Must be willing/able to obtain an ABN & WWCC. No prior tutoring experience is required — we provide training as long as you are willing to learn. #J-18808-Ljbffr
