The Opportunity We are currently on the hunt for a Paid Search Specialist, with a strong background in Microsoft Ads and Google Ads to join our Gold Coast team. Ideal Team Member Minimum 3 years experience in paid advertising role specifically in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Experienced in setting up and managing performance marketing campaigns from end to end, across paid search with proven success implementing strategies and reporting effectiveness A deep understanding of various campaign types and objectives, e.g. Lead Generation, Conversions, etc. A digital marketing expert with a strong grasp of customer behaviour, acquisition strategies, and conversion optimisation A team player who is willing to go above and beyond to help deliver outcomes for our brands Proactive, punctual, non‑distracted and reliable at all times Professionally presented and well spoken Meticulous attention to detail, energetic & self‑motivated Eye for detail and accuracy whilst maintaining a creative edge Organised, structured, and able to meet deadlines Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Execution Build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Display and YouTube Implement and refine keyword strategies, bid adjustments, ad copy and audience segmentation Design and execute A/B tests across creative, copy, targeting and landing pages Performance & Analysis Monitor campaign performance and attribution using reporting tools Analyse data to generate actionable insights and implement optimisations that maximise ROI and efficiency Manage budget allocation to achieve cost and revenue targets Deliver regular performance reports with strategic recommendations Strategy & Growth Contribute to paid media strategy aligned with business objectives Identify new keyword opportunities and expansion areas based on search demand and competition Stay current with platform updates, ad product launches and industry trends What you will get in return Opportunity to grow Competitive remuneration Supportive team culture that supports your professional ambitions The opportunity to grow and diversify your own skill set Extensive on‑the‑job learning and development We will offer you an exciting career opportunity with plenty of room for diversification and the opportunity to play a key role in our business.
