HR Systems Administrator page is loaded## HR Systems Administratorlocations: NSW - SHS 2 Holt Street Surry Hillstime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: Job\_Req\_50396The HR Systems Administrator will work in a collaborative team and be responsible for administration of our HRIS applications* Administer and maintain our Workday system, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.* Provide expert-level guidance and support for all Workday modules, including Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Payroll integrations.* Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new functionalities within Workday.* Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.* Manage Workday security roles and permissions, ensuring compliance and data privacy.* Lead and participate in Workday update cycles, including testing, documentation, and communication of new features.* Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.* Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.* 12 month contract* Experience using various HRIS systems specifically Workday* You have a deep and comprehensive understanding of Workday modules and their interdependencies.* You are highly proficient in Workday configuration, reporting, and security administration.* You have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.* You are an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.* You are detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field are highly regarded.**News Benefits**News Benefits is our way of saying thank you to our people for their valued contribution to News, our audiences, clients and communities.
