The Role Reporting directly to the Directors, the Agent Co‑ordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the business. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact between the Directors, staff, and agents. Ensure daily operations run smoothly across both Southport and Robina offices. Manage HR and onboarding processes, fostering a supportive and professional culture. Support marketing and administrative processes using systems like Canva, Xero, and CRMs. Drive efficiency through smart systems, communication, and team coordination. Contribute to business improvement and help create a rhythm of accountability and success. Plan and manage staff events, launches, and internal initiatives. About You Experienced in real estate administration or office management. Excellent communicator – clear, personable, and professional. Highly organised with sharp attention to detail. Tech‑savvy with confidence in CRM, accounting, and design tools (Xero, Canva, etc.). Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented. A genuine team player who builds trust and rapport easily.
