We have an exciting opportunity at nbn as the Senior Transformation Manager reporting to the Executive Manager Strategy Transformation & Governance. A bit about your role You’ll lead transformation programs from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes. Working with senior leaders you’ll co‑create roadmaps, manage risk and embed operational discipline. Your ability to influence, coach and navigate complexity will help you foster a culture of continuous improvement. Whether shaping future‑state processes or guiding teams through change, your leadership will drive meaningful impact. With a strong background in transforming large finance functions you excel in communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational acumen – influencing with confidence, leading through change and building strategic networks. Your approach is data‑driven and focused on governance, service excellence and continuous improvement. You empower others, prioritise people and outcomes and align strategy with execution.
