Senior Project Manager – Workforce Management Transformation (Logicore Group) Fixed Term | 12–18 Months Sydney-based | Hybrid (Min 3 days in the office) Leading Aged Care Organisation We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Workforce Management (WFM) transformation for a leading provider in the aged care sector. The role will modernise rostering, time & attendance, payroll, HRIS and workforce planning across HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations and Clinical Services. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of the WFM Transformation Program Establish governance, delivery plans and reporting frameworks Manage budget, vendors, risks and executive reporting Ensure alignment with Digital, Data, HR, Finance and Care strategies Deliver WFM platforms covering rostering, time & attendance, payroll, HRIS, workforce planning Experience with Dayforce, Workday, Kronos, Humanforce or similar WFM technologies Oversee integrations with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations and Care/Clinical systems Manage data cleansing, migration, security and quality Ensure system design meets Awards, EBAs and Fair Work compliance requirements Lead organisational change, training and adoption Streamline workforce, rostering and pay processes Enhance forecasting, scheduling and workforce analytics capability Engage senior leaders across HR, Finance, Payroll, ICT, Operations, Clinical, Risk & Compliance Influence decision-making and secure alignment across functions Manage vendors, delivery partners and cross-functional teams Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering large WFM or HR/Payroll transformation programs Strong capability across system implementation, integration, data, testing and cutover Knowledge of Awards, EBAs, Fair Work and WFM compliance frameworks Hands‑on experience with Dayforce, Workday, Kronos, Humanforce, CiA or similar platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in aged care, healthcare or regulated sectors (advantageous) What You Will Deliver Modern, fit-for-purpose WFM systems and workforce operations Accurate, compliant rostering and payroll processes Improved data quality, system integration and workforce visibility Effective coordination across People, Finance, Care and Digital teams If you're interested and not already connected, feel free to send a connection request to me on LinkedIn and follow Logicore Consulting for future opportunities.
