Working as part of our Curriculum Management Product team, you’ll work closely with our existing customers to ensure that product enhancements made by our level 3 team in response to issues and incidents meet the needs of our customers while aligning to intended product behaviours and designs. You will investigate issues, determine solutions, capture business requirements and communicate them with the development team, supporting the team through the analysis, review and documentation of product functional and technical requirements that maintain customer confidence in the Curriculum Management product. What you’ll be doing Develop and demonstrate understanding of the product - its features and functions, legislative and compliance constraints and regional or industry flavours. Work closely with the Product Owners, Customers and Development team throughout the development process to write user requirements, test cases and other content to represent customer requirements using defined design methods Understand the source of issues, intended product behaviour and changes needed to resolve problems. Work with the Development team to break the design down for delivery Participate in workshops with internal and external Customers to confirm the product design meets customer requirements Conduct Business Acceptance Testing - execute a set of functional tests of the most important business functions to validate the business functions meet customer requirements Depending on team requirements, conduct functional QA and regression testing Work with the Product Success team to develop required enablement content to support the rollout and adoption of Product by both our internal and external Customers Participate in presentations and forums to inform and educate stakeholders in new product features Qualifications Relevant degree and/or industry experience Practical knowledge and experience with product modules, features, functions, and compliance requirements, preferably with the TechnologyOne Curriculum Management product (formerly CourseLoop). Familiarity with industry best practice analysis tools and methodologies. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Strong presentation skills and experience in facilitating workshops and group discussions.
