Our greatest asset is our team About the Role The HR/ Office Admin role is catered for young professionals who want to gain experience in a rewarding team. You will work alongside the General Manager and the rest of the team, assisting them with HR and other administrative tasks as required. The Key Duties As an Administration Professional, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Office Admin Support Greet and welcome visitors warmly as the first point of contact and direct them to the appropriate person or department Answer and route phone calls promptly and professionally Scanning, photocopying and filing documents Scheduling meetings with consultants and contractors Preparing, organising and storing information on Google Drive General business correspondence Ordering stationery and other office supplies Check the business mailbox, sort, distribute and action letters received accordingly. Making sure the office is always kept clean and presentable at all times. HR Admin Support Support recruitment processes: Assist in creating & posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinate with interviewer post interview for feedback and further processing Liaise with external recruitment agencies to seek suitable candidates Assist with reference checks for potential candidates. Perform End to end onboarding new employees tasks: Prepare draft employment contract for team review and issue contract once approved. Prepare and send required forms for onboarding to the new employee. Liaise with the external IT Team to arrange a laptop, mobile phone and all other required supplies. Ensure legal compliance: Keep HR practices aligned with labor laws and regulations Support policy development: Draft and update HR policies and procedures Monitor absences and leave: Track sick leave, annual leave, and other absences First point of contact for staff queries: Handle HR‑related questions and concerns This role is ideally suited to a candidate that is looking for a challenge and is ready to be accountable for their role in the business.
