About the role As the administration officer human resources youll play a key role in supporting our HR team and employees across the organisation. Reporting to the Team Leader Human Resources this position is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and a genuine interest in building a career in HR. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to : providing high-quality administrative support to the human resource team monitoring and reporting on monthly employee compliance maintaining accurate and up to date employee compliance records and ensuring data integrity managing HR inboxes and responding to queries overseeing the production of employee ID cards and name badges About you To be considered for this rewarding role you will be : organised efficient and detail-oriented proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel Teams) committed to confidentiality and professionalism enthusiastic about starting or growing a career in HR Role requirements a Child Safety & Personal History Screening check a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality Safety & You About the offer This is a full-time position based in Townsville.
