About The Role Making lives better and happier as we support ageing and disability communities to live fulfilling lives at home for as long as possible, doing what they love to do. Client care is provided around the clock, with visits scheduled in the early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to ensure support is available when needed most. Responsibilities Provide a premium care experience to clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalized Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation and companionship Deliver care in accordance with the client’s care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse) Meet safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly Benefits Flexible working hours Career development opportunities Work with a supportive and dynamic team Ongoing training Skills & Experience Passionate about making a difference Self-led with the ability to take responsibility for behavior and success Coachable Previous caregiving experience is an asset Must be able to speak and write in English; other languages are an asset Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed Reliable means of transportation to client homes Drivers with their own vehicle are an asset Mandatory Requirements Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience National Police Check (Aged Care / Vulnerable Persons Sector) Working With Children Check NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion NDIS Worker Screener Clearance Seniorities & Employment Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Health Care Provider Industries: Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
