Disability Support Worker (Multiple Positions) Vacancy: 2 Job Responsibilities Deliver personalized care and support in line with each client’s goals. Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility support. Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication administration. Support clients with community involvement and social activities. Maintain accurate records of support provided. Ensure adherence to NDIS policies and person-centered care principles. Employment Status Full-time, Casual Educational Requirements Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field. Skills and Certifications Strong understanding of NDIS and person-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Valid Australian driver’s license and reliable transport. NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). Manual handling training (preferred). Experience Requirements 1 to 3 years Additional Requirements Job Location Darwin, Australia Salary $65,000 – $75,000 per year depending on experience.
