About the role If you're an accounting professional who enjoys variety, responsibility, and meaningful impact, this full‑time Financial Accountant role in Gordonvale offers the opportunity to contribute to high‑quality financial reporting and continuous improvement across the organisation. What you'll be doing Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Maintaining general ledger accounts and completing month‑end and year‑end accounting processes Assisting with the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support business decision‑making Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide financial support and guidance Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficiencies What we're looking for Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar financial accounting role Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment What we offer At MSF Sugar, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
