CRM Specialist At R.M.Williams, we are seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented CRM Specialist to join our growing CRM and Customer growth function. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer data, lifecycle marketing, and leveraging CRM tools to build meaningful, personalised customer experiences. Position Summary As a CRM Specialist, you will take ownership of campaign execution, data segmentation, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with brand marketing, digital, creative and customer growth teams to ensure CRM content aligns with marketing strategy and brand tone of voice. Plan, build, and execute end‑to‑end CRM campaigns, with a focus on driving retention and customer lifetime value. Execute customer segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalised, relevant messages at scale. Execute and optimise customer journeys and automation workflows across key lifecycle stages (Welcome, RFM, Birthday journey etc). Build and support A/B tests and experiments to drive continuous improvement across messaging, creative, and send strategies. Monitor campaign performance and report on key CRM metrics, drawing insights to improve engagement, retention, and revenue. Stay on top of best practices and industry trends to ensure R.M.Williams remains best‑in‑class. Experience / Technical Requirements 2 years of experience in CRM, retail, eCommerce or consumer brand environment. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience or an eagerness to learn. Strong attention to detail and experience with QA processes to ensure error‑free execution. Is confident working with data and managing campaign analysis as required. Familiarity with A/B testing methods and campaign optimisation is preferred. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written – reporting on performance, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and leading briefing of campaign requirements).
