Position Overview The Social Media Specialist is responsible for bringing the Alpha‑H brand to life across social channels—creating, managing, and optimizing content that drives engagement, awareness, and conversion across our Instagram and TikTok channels. This role blends creativity and strategy: from filming and editing scroll‑stopping content to planning channel calendars and writing high‑impact captions. You’ll ensure every post reflects the Alpha‑H brand identity—premium, clinical, confident—while keeping pace with cultural and platform trends. Working closely with the broader marketing team, you’ll support campaign execution, new product launches, and our always‑on storytelling around skin health, active ingredients, and results‑driven skincare. What You’ll Do Manage Alpha‑H’s organic social channels—primarily Instagram and TikTok—including planning, copywriting, scheduling, publishing and reporting. Create and edit social‑first content, including short‑form video, photography and motion graphics optimized for each platform. Film in‑house content (UGC‑style and studio) aligned with campaign themes, trending formats and audience insights. Write and edit engaging, on‑brand captions and copy that reinforce Alpha‑H’s tone of voice and brand positioning. Monitor and manage community engagement, including DMs, comments, tags and brand mentions. Partner with the marketing team to align social content with campaign and retail activity across markets. Track performance analytics and deliver actionable insights to inform future content direction. Stay ahead of social and beauty industry trends, recommending new ideas and creative executions to grow reach and engagement. Comfortable being front‑facing/on camera—able to appear confidently in video and photo content representing the brand.
