About The Role As a Partnerships Manager, you will accelerate Zeller’s growth through our network of Resellers, POS Platforms, Integrators, Developers and Distributors. You’ll generate new leads, build a qualified pipeline, and deliver on the complex product and integration requirements of our most important customers. This end‑to‑end role requires experience in generating partner pipelines through cold outreach, networking and relationship building, as well as commercial negotiations and partner GTM programs. Role Responsibilities Build new and grow relationships with a network of POS, accounting and e‑Commerce partners who integrate their solutions with Zeller. Support and grow Zeller’s Australian network of resellers. Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of new partners, managing the relationship from technical discovery through integration and launch. Project‑manage partner implementation, including positioning the right SDK from the Zeller Developer Suite and ensuring smooth timelines from contracting to delivery. Develop strong commercial models that incentivise both parties to meet shared objectives. Execute effective GTM campaigns with partners to generate new business leads via co‑marketing, PR, events and more. Continuously monitor and manage partner program performance, ensuring overall payback, ROI and profitability. Identify and execute joint partnership promotional opportunities. Strengthen and grow relationships across all partners through networking, communications and relationship building. Skills And Experience 3+ years working in SaaS channel, distribution or reseller partnerships. Commercial mindset with customer‑facing experience generating pipeline, negotiating and closing deals. Process‑driven mindset, able to map out workflows and project‑manage across multiple stakeholders. Experience managing stakeholders across commercial, technical, marketing and product teams. Ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects that include commercial negotiation, technical integration and product development. Strong understanding of information and system flows between infrastructures and organisations. Attention to detail and ability to drill into minutiae while communicating succinctly. Strategic thinker who understands how product levers drive growth, cost and efficiency. Comfortable working under pressure and being hands‑on. Understanding of the payments or POS ecosystem is a plus. How We Work We thrive on in‑person collaboration.
