If so, this is the opportunity for you Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will manage and develop a defined product portfolio, driving growth through innovation and new product development. At ASSA ABLOY, product leadership through innovation is a core strategic objective—and you'll play a critical role in setting the strategic direction for your portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of market segments through lifecycle management, pricing, market share, and profitability analysis. Generate actionable insights by anticipating changes in customer needs, competitor behavior, regulations, and emerging technologies. Refine and adapt portfolio strategies to align with business objectives and organizational strengths. Conduct customer and end-user research to validate use cases for future products and technologies, particularly in the smart home space. Deliver strategic planning assets such as Generation Plans and Product Roadmaps. Collaborate across multi-regional development teams to execute product roadmaps—from concept and design through to market launch. Drive projects through the established Gateway Process, ensuring seamless execution from insight to post-launch review. About You You thrive in fast-paced environments and can balance multiple priorities to deliver exceptional results. You're a strong communicator, adaptable, and confident in managing diverse stakeholders. You enjoy problem-solving and take a hands‑on approach to gathering insights and making informed decisions. Key Requirements: Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in new product development. Excellent organizational skills and experience contributing to cross‑functional teams. Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion. Strong business acumen with a track record of turning market insights into compelling business cases.
