Becoming an expert on our products, you will ensure they are displayed to the highest standards and provide excellent sales advice to customers and colleagues in order to achieve maximum sales and profitability. You will also ensure that stock is ordered, received, stored and displayed in line with company guidelines and process incoming information and enquiries. Please note, this role will require weekend and late-night work (until 7pm) as part of a shift pattern and will be a maximum of 3 days per week. About You 3+ years of experience in closing direct sales — ideally in furniture, interiors, or luxury retail Proven ability to convert leads into sales and consistently exceed targets Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Data-driven approach to sales Flexible to work evenings/weekends If you’re a closer who thrives on turning potential into profit, we want to hear from you.
