About the role As our Commercial Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Crushing & Screening business by: Leading commercial risk management for proposals, tenders, and contractsli> Providing expert legal and contractual advice that safeguards Sandvik's interests. Collaborating across Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smart, strategic decision‑making. Improving processes, policies, and compliance to enhance efficiency and accountability. Supporting company‑wide insurance and compliance frameworks. What you’ll bring We value expertise — but just as importantly, we value how you work with others. Strong experience in contract negotiation, commercial advisory, and risk analysis. Familiarity with complex tenders, both domestic and international.
