Client Success Manager – Gartner Join to apply for the Client Success Manager role at Gartner and help our clients achieve far exceeding value from their Gartner investment. About the role The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy. In this role you will ensure every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment by understanding their business priorities, surfacing challenges, and identifying the most effective ways to support decision making. You will onboard clients, prove the concept of Gartner services, and stimulate client engagement of products used by large client teams. What you will do Build, develop, and manage relationships with a variety of clients ranging from senior C‑level executives to junior client professionals across various business functions to ensure they are successful in the utilization of their Gartner subscription, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Regularly meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities and recommend a program of action that drives high value, client retention, and client return of investment. Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients. Conduct regular reviews of client book of business looking into performance and key client engagement metrics to ensure renewal and retention of clients. What you will need 4+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience. Customer centricity and commercial mindset to drive renewal of the business. Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
