Location: Work from Home (Meetings in Ingleburn, Australia) As an After-Hours Customer Service Agent , you will play a key role in supporting customers during evenings and weekends by managing complex inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the premium experience PERGOLUX is known for. You will help maintain service continuity outside regular hours, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. What You’ll Do Serve as one of our primary after-hours customer contacts, providing high-quality support across phone, email, and chat. Manage a scheduled roster between 3pm–10pm on weekdays and 8:30am–10pm on weekends, with occasional flexibility. Handle complex inquiries, escalations, and technical or installation questions with professionalism and accuracy. Provide expert advice for technical and installation questions. Process cancellations, claims, returns, and refunds independently while verifying issue details and ensuring correct resolution. Collaborate with logistics, transport partners, warehouse teams, and product development to drive service excellence. What You’ll Bring Strong communication skills with the ability to provide empathetic, solution-oriented support. 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a trade/technical environment. A self-directed work style with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. A genuine customer-first mindset and the ability to handle varied inquiries confidently. Tech-savviness with quick adaptability to new tools; knowledge of Zendesk, Shopify, or Aircall is beneficial but not required.
