You will install, maintain and troubleshoot POS systems, networks, servers and end-user devices. This role involves regular travel and independent work. Key Responsibilities Install and support WorldSmart POS systems Configure and maintain LAN and WAN networks Install and configure Microsoft PCs and servers Troubleshoot POS, network, PC, printer and wireless issues Provide on-site and remote support Perform preventative maintenance Review system data and recommend improvements Maintain documentation and asset records Support system security and compliance Requirements Valid WA Driver’s Licence Willingness to travel statewide Strong LAN and WAN knowledge Proven experience with WorldSmart POS Experience with Windows PCs and servers Solid troubleshooting skills Strong analytical ability Desirable Experience with VPNs, firewalls and remote access Knowledge of retail IT Familiarity with backup and recovery systems Attributes Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work independently High attention to detail and a proactive approach Salary From 80K, depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
