Join our sales team in Tasmania as a Business Development Manager and be part of our mission to expand our network of pharmacy customers. You will need to have a high level of autonomy and be able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales objectives by building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers/buyers, implementing profit‑making retail solutions, increasing market share, and identifying and closing new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with State Sales Managers, the BDM team, and other internal stakeholders, you'll generate sales opportunities through various channel partners, covering a wide range of products, brands, and ranges. This role spans the entire state of Tasmania, offering flexibility for the successful candidate to be based in Hobart or Launceston. Why Join Us? Capable of building trust and sustaining strong professional relationships. Ability to engage and influence others with excellent verbal and written communication. Demonstrated business foresight with strong commercial acumen. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Self‑motivation with the ability to work autonomously.
