Overview CBD Golf Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced full time Chef de Partie. The right candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, quality, and provide consistency to produce dishes of the highest culinary standards. You will be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, consistency, and service delivery. This role requires strong technical cooking skills, effective time management, and the ability to maintain quality under pressure. The salary is $77,000 per annum plus superannuation. Responsibilities Food Preparation & Service Prepare, cook and present menu items to the organisation's required standards. Manage the day‑day operation of your assigned section (e.g., grill, larder, pans, pastry). Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and portion control across the section. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation. Assist other sections when required to support smooth operations. Follow all food safety regulations, including correct food handling, temperature control, and hygiene practices ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety procedures. Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimising wastage. Take part in stocktakes when required. Teamwork & Communication Communicate effectively with chefs and front‑of‑house during service. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen culture. Contributes to menu execution, food safety compliance, stock control, and supporting overall kitchen operations. Plan menus in consultation with the Head Chef Assist with the training of staff, including any apprentices and trainees Skills or Experience Required Possess a relevant culinary qualification and have at least 3 years work experience in a comparable role Passionate about and experienced in preparing and presenting exceptional quality dishes and food Meticulous attention to detail, quality and consistency Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking Able to follow procedures and standard recipes Able to work independently as well as part of a team Be able to manage kitchen operations while on shift and during service Adhere to food safety principles, OH&S and standard operating procedures How to Apply If you would like to become part of our team please apply by sending your CV to No telephone enquiries will be fielded at this stage.
