About the Role You’ll be responsible for driving standards, leading service, and inspiring your team in a busy, high‑energy hospitality environment. At Yanchep Beach Club, you’ll take charge of the bar team in our fresh new venue – offering room to make your mark and grow a great team with the business. What You’ll Do Manage bar operations, stock control and monthly stock‑takes Maintain bar presentation and service standards Monitor COGS, wastage, and performance targets Lead and mentor bar teams, supporting training and development Collaborate on seasonal drink menus and specials Ensure RSA compliance and uphold venue policies Drive consistency, speed, and exceptional guest experience What We’re Looking For We value personality and warmth as much as technical skill.
