GMW provides more than 39,000 services to about 25,000 customers in its operating region. About the role You will join the Infrastructure Delivery Services (IDS) team providing weed management, construction and civil maintenance services across the business to maintain and renew the asset portfolio of irrigation and drainage infrastructure. The West team provide services from Echuca to as far west as Mildura. Due to location of the works the role would ideally suit an individual based in the Kerang, Swan Hill region. Working in a team environment, you’ll provide field-based labour contributing to the renewal, modification, rehabilitation and maintenance of irrigation industry structures and associated assets, including weed management activities. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, values teamwork, and is committed to maintaining essential infrastructure that supports regional communities and agriculture. Requirements Construction White Card Experience in civil construction, maintenance or agricultural sectors Basic tech literacy (i.e use of emails and maintenance management systems) Chemcert Accreditation (or willingness to obtain on the job) GMW provide excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in your career.
